PartySiteId	long	The identifier for the party site. It is the foreign key to the HZ_PARTY_SITES table.
PartySiteUseId	long	The unique identifier of the party site used. Primary Key
PrimaryPerType	string	Indicates if this is the primary use for the site. Y stands for the primary site and N stands for all other sites.
RequestId	long	A system-generated read-only attribute used by the application framework.
SiteUseType	string	The site use type associated with the address.
