The following table describes attributes in the service data object.

ContactLevelTable

string

The table that stores the contact level of the contact preference, and uses the SUBJECT_TABLE lookup. The list of accepted values are HZ_PARTIES, HZ_PARTIES_SITES, or HZ_CONTACT_POINTS.

ContactLevelTableId

long

The foreign key to the table specified in CONTACT_LEVEL_TABLE column. The list of accepted values are PARTY_ID from HZ_PARTIES table, CONTACT_POINT_ID from HZ_CONTACT_POINTS table, or PARTY_SITE_ID from HZ_PARTY_SITES table.

The unique identifier for the contact preference.

ContactType

string

The contact party type that defines whether the contact is a sales account, a prospect, a contact, or any other user-defined party type. The default value is CUSTOMER. A list of accepted values is defined in the lookup CONTACT_TYPE.

CreatedBy

string

The user who created the record.

CreatedByModule

The module that created the record.

CreationDate

The date when the record was created.

LastUpdateDate

The date when the record was last updated.

LastUpdateLogin

The login of the user who last updated the record.

LastUpdatedBy

The user who last updated the record.

MaximumNoOfInteractUOMCode

string

The period of time during which the maximum number of interactions applies. Uses the MAX_NO_OF_INTERACT_UOM_CODE lookup.

MaximumNoOfInteractions

decimal

The number of times you can use this contact point. The period of time that this number applies is stored in the MAX_NO_OF_INTERACT_UOM_CODE column.

ObjectVersionNumber

int

The number used to implement locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to determine whether another session has updated the row.

PreferenceCode

Indicates whether to use a particular contact method. The list of accepted values are defined in the PREFERENCE_CODE lookup.

The date when the contact preference becomes inactive.

PreferenceEndTimeHR

int

The hour part of time when the contact preference becomes inactive. The time is recorded in the 24 hour format.

The minutes part of the time when the contact preference becomes inactive.

PreferenceStartDate

The date when the contact preference becomes active.

PreferenceStartTimeHR

int

The appropriate subjects to send the party that the preference is created for. The list of accepted values are defined in the PREFERENCE_TOPIC_TYPE lookup.

The code of the preference topic type.

PreferenceTopicTypeId

The unique identifier of the preference topic type.

ReasonCode

string

The reason that this type of contact should or should not be made. The list of accepted values are defined in the REASON_CODE lookup.

RequestId

long

A system-generated read-only attribute used by the application framework.

RequestedBy

string

Indicates if the permission or restriction was created internally or requested by the party. The list of accepted values are defined in the REQUESTED_BY lookup.

The status of the record.
