Service Request Contact

A list of customer contacts associated with a service request. For example, the contact for a corporate customer requesting support for software installation may be the organization's IT manager. Agents communicate service request resolutions or other information with contacts. Communication channels include e-mail, Twitter accounts, and telephone.

The unique ID of the associated service request.

This flag controls if the user has access to update the record
