Cancel Sales Orders	Revised. You can't update or cancel an order line that's in the Awaiting Billing status.
Return Sales Orders	Revised. Return a bill only item.
Revise Sales Orders That You Already Submitted	Revised. If Order Management closed or canceled all of the order's fulfillment lines, then you can't revise a value on the order header.

Topic	Description
Manage Channel Programs on Sales Orders	New. Order Management automatically applies supplier programs to each order line that's eligible to participate in the program, depending on how your order administrator sets up Order Management.
Revise Sales Orders You Already Submitted	Revised. If you revise a sales order then cancel the revision but don't save or submit your changes, then Order Management still creates a draft of your revision. If Order Management splits a fulfillment line, and if Order Management ships part of the split line, then you can't revise the quantity that hasn't shipped. Instead, create a revision, cancel the line that has the unshipped quantity, then create a new return line for the unshipped quantity.
Return Sales Orders	Revised. The fulfillment line that contains the item you want to return must reach the Shipped status. You can only return the quantity that you haven't already successfully returned and aren't in the process of returning. You can't return an order line that's part of a shipment set. Learn how to resolve a problem when the Bill-To Contact isn't active.
Cancel Order Lines	Revised. You can't update or cancel an order line that's in the Awaiting Billing status. Instead, make sure the line is fulfilled or closed, then create a return order.
Other Behavior on Sales Orders	Revised. If your override results in an attribute value on the order line that's different from the value for the same attribute on the order header or tab, and if you then change the attribute value on the order header or tab, then Order Management doesn't copy your change to the order line.
Schedule Fulfillment Lines Manually	Revised. If an application downstream of Order Management cancels the purchase order or purchase requisition for a drop shipment, then Order Management updates your sales order and sets the status of the fulfillment line to Manual Scheduling Required.
