Internal Candidates - Match Jobs Using Resume

With the enhanced internal Candidate Experience skill, ICE V2, employees can now view job recommendations based on their resume.

When searching for jobs, candidates can click the Match Jobs Using Resume button to start the search. The Recruiting Assistant asks for the candidate's resume and shows relevant jobs based on the skills and job titles in the resume.

To use this feature, you need to complete these prerequisites:

• Enable Attachments in the Chat Interface
• Enable the Profile Import Partner Service
