Setup Required for Generating Work Summary

These prerequisites must be completed to generate a work summary for candidates based on their resume using AI Assist capabilities.

1. The job requisition must have the easy-apply flow configured. This flow must include the Supporting Documents block, with the resume and cover letter marked as required.
2. The candidate must attach the resume in the Recruiting Assistant as part of the job search or easy apply process.

As an administrator, you must complete these steps:

1. Create the Profile Option for AI Assist.
2. Configure the Profile Option for AI Assist.
3. Set the site language to English.
