Create Route Instances Action

This action is accessed from the Route Template manager. Only active templates can create route instances. Additionally, the time period needs to fall within the Effective and Expiration date range of the template.

When you click Create Route Instances, a list appears containing valid weeks. You can select one or more weeks for which to create instances. The first week starts after the last instance. If there are no instances, it starts with the effective date of the template. The start date corresponds to the early departure time on the first leg of the template. The end date corresponds to the late arrival time on the last leg of the template. Note that deadhead distances are not recorded as legs.
