Set Expiration Date

This action is accessed from Route Template (via Operational Planning > Cooperative Route Management > Route Template).

This action changes the expiration date of the route template. When you select this action, you are prompted with a list of valid weeks that can be expired. The first eligible week for expiration will be the week after the last week with instances generated. So if you generated instances for week 9, the first week eligible to expire would be week 10. If you select week 10, the new expiration date will be the end of week 9. To make the expiration date earlier than this, the generated instances need to be deleted.
