Preview Document

This page is accessed via:

• Customs > Declarations. On the Documents tab:
  • click the Actions icon () next to a standard document. Click Content > Preview Document.
  • click the Details () icon next to a standard document. Click the Actions icon for the Document. Click Content > Preview Document.
• Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments or Sell Shipments. On the Documents tab:
  • click the Actions icon () next to a standard document. Click Content > Preview Document.
  • click the Details () icon next to a standard document. Click the Actions icon for the document. Click Content > Preview Document.
• Transactions > Trade Transactions. On the Documents tab:
  • click the Actions icon () next to a standard document. Click Content > Preview Document.
  • click the Details () icon next to a standard document. Click the Actions icon for the document. Click Content > Preview.

Use this action to generate the content of a document from a report without saving the content and overwriting the existing document. See Viewing and Previewing Document Content for an explanation of the difference between viewing and previewing document revisions.
