Track and Trace

This action displays additional details about the selected order release, shipment or shipment group. Reference numbers may be turned into URLs by setting the glog.webserver.refnum.link.REFNUM_GID property. This page is accessed via:

Order Releases

The Track and Trace page displays information about the order, followed by a list of the ship units and/or line items comprising the order. The shipments that contain the order release are listed beneath the order information. Various shipment details and reference numbers, and the shipment event history are included in the list.

Note: This page displays both buy and sell shipments that were created from the order release.

Shipments

The Track and Trace page displays information about the shipment such as the source and destination locations, service provider, planned and actual dates, and equipment. Reference numbers and the shipment event history also appear.

Shipment Groups

The Track and Trace page displays information about the shipment group such as source/destination locations, service provider, planned and actual dates, and equipment. Reference numbers and the shipment group event history also appear.
