Tender Constraints

This page is accessed via Contract and Rate Management > Service Provider Manager.

Use this page to add equipment group profile, special services, origin and destination country codes of service providers. The application performs rule checks and displays the feasibility of service providers on Spot Bid Tender/Broadcast Tender screen based on the following details:

• Equipment Group Profile to compare the feasibility of the equipment group of the shipment with the service providers. 
• Special Services to compare the feasibility of the special services of the shipment with the service providers.
• Origin and Destination Country Codes to match the origin and destination country codes of the shipment with the service providers' country code tender constraints.

When the property glog.tender.opentender.servProvRuleCheck is set to true, carrier compatibility check is performed with the following:

• Equipment group of the shipment with the equipment group profile of the service providers 
• Special services of the shipment with the special services of the service providers
• Origin and Destination country codes of the shipment with the service providers

Note: This functionality is applicable only for open tenders (Spot Bid/Broadcast tenders).

Adding an Equipment Group Profile

1. Enter an ID in the Equipment Group Profile field.

Adding Special Service

1. Enter an ID in the Special Service field.
2. Click Save.
3. Click Finished.

Adding Country Code Tender Constraints

1. Select the Origin Country Code and Destination Country Code. 
2. Click Save.
3. Click Finished.
