New Special Service

This page is accessed via Contract and Rate Management > Contract Management > Rate Offering or Rate Record. Select the Special Services tab. Then click Add New Special Service.

Special services may be offered for free or may incur an additional fee. Special services incurring a fee are called Special Service Accessorials.

1. When entering a free special service, you only need to enter a special service code.
2. When entering a special service accessorial, enter a Special Service code, as well as an Accessorial Code ID and an Accessorial Cost ID.
3. Click Save.
