Configuration and Administration
glog.map Properties
To control the behavior of Oracle Transportation Management, you can change settings in the glog.properties file or the appropriate property set.
Note: The use of advanced layouts has been deprecated as of the 6.4.3 release and these properties are no longer used. You should start using workbench layouts instead.
Note: All customers may use the following to configure Oracle Maps Cloud Service (formerly known as eLocation). However, Oracle Fleet Management customers who want to use the service are required to subscribe to both Oracle Maps Cloud Service Asset Tracking and Oracle Maps Cloud Service Asset Optimization.

|
ORACLE_SPATIAL_LAT_LON_USA_CAN |
|
There are several routing engines based on the type of addresses and geographic area of the locations.
In order to use the ADDRESS engines, the locations must have valid street addresses; specifically each address must have at least one address line, a city, and a province code. Similarly, the LAT_LON engines require valid latitude and longitude values. This property does not require a server restart when it is changed. For more information about Oracle Map Cloud Services properties, see OracleSpatial Properties. |
