WFM Browser Clock View

Clock (ClockView) is a browser-based view that can be used by supervisors to clock employees. Supervisors can select the appropriate option from mode drop-down to clock employees into facility, break, Non-WMS or Ad hoc activities. Employees are clocked (in or out) at the current facility time which also shows up as a running timer in the view. Employee clock information can be viewed in Clock Records view. The supervisor who clocks employees using this view shows up as the clocker in the Clock Records.

As of Release 26B the following enhancements have been introduced in this view:

  • Work Area clock option has been removed, since it’s no longer required for employees to clock into Work Area.
  • Non-WMS and Ad hoc activity drop-down now display the Work Area along with the Work Area Activity.
  • Supervisors are prompted to enter handling attributes during Non-WMS clock out eliminating the need for a separate entry through Daily VAS Track. The handling attributes are enabled only when the mode is Non-WMS clock-out.
  • Supervisor can choose to clock the user out of Non-WMS activity without entering the Handling Attributes for Non-WMS Activities which can be updated later through input interface, REST API or clock records view.
  • The option to clock as a team into Non-WMS activity has been removed.
