Clock Data

The clock data provides a visibility of the time employees have spent in the facility, on breaks, on Non-WMS and Ad hoc activities. As of Release 26B, clock data also includes information of the Handling Attributes for Non-WMS Activities

WFM provides multiple options for clocking employees as listed below:

• WFM Browser Clock View: This desktop view can be used by supervisors to clock employees.
• WFM Mobile Clock Views: This is an employee self-clock option on mobile.
• External Systems: Clock data captured by external time management systems can be interfaced or posted to WFM.
• Auto Clock In/Clock Out: This option can be used to automatically clock employees into facility who start the day with WMS activities.

Note: Each option listed above can work in conjunction with other options.
