The product is Oracle Utilities Cloud Service Foundation (written using the Oracle Utilities Application Framework) which is a cloud exclusive addition to the Oracle Utilities SaaS Cloud Services.

As it uses the Oracle Utilities Application Framework, it has web based GUI and heavily uses AJAX.

This product is a component installed within the business product installed on the Oracle Utilities SaaS Cloud Service and provides an automation and management capability for the service. The users are mainly administrators who wish to manage the service. It is not designed or used by typical end users (e.g. Call Center users).
