Displaying Leads Associated Information for a Third Party Representative

The Initiative Lead Summary zone on the Third Party Representative portal displays the leads that have been assigned to the Third Party representative.

To limit the summary of leads for the sales representative:

  1. Select Menu > Sales & Marketing > Third Party Representative > Search.
  2. Enter your search criteria in the Third Party Representative Query zone.
  3. Click Refresh.
  4. In the search results list, click the link for the sales representative you want to view or manage. The selected sales representative opens in the Sales Representative portal.
  5. Specify Start Date and/or End Date to limit the summary to leads created within this date range. If specified, start date must be on or before the current date and end date must be on or after the start date. If left blank, end date is defaulted to the current date.
  6. If Only Show Active Initiatives is set to Yes, only leads linked to initiatives in the active state are summarized; otherwise, leads for all initiatives regardless of status are included.
  7. Click Refresh.
The following is displayed in the result set:
  • A summary line for each initiative shows the total Lead Count for the third party representative.
  • A breakdown is included beneath each initiative summary line that shows a subtotal Lead Count by lead state.
  • An icon is displayed that allows broadcasting of the third party representative, initiative, date range and lead state (if available) to other zones on the portal. Lead state broadcast is only available on the subtotal lines.
The Initiative Leads zone on the Third Party Representative portal displays the leads that have been assigned to the third party representative. The following is displayed in the result set for each lead:
  • Basic Lead information for the initiative's lead. You can navigate to the lead by clicking on the lead.

  • Customer Information related to the lead. You can navigate to the account related to the lead by clicking on the customer information.

  • The Last Completed Step. You can navigate to the lead event by clicking on the event/step information.

  • For active third party lead events, the Next Pending Step. You can navigate to the lead event by clicking on the event/step information.

  • The Sales Representative shows the representative assigned to the lead.

The Unassigned Leads zone on the Third Party Representative portal displays active leads that are not yet assigned to a third party representative. The following is displayed in the result set for each lead:
  • Basic Lead information for the initiative's lead. You can navigate to the lead by clicking on the lead.

  • Customer Information related to the lead. You can navigate to the account related to the lead by clicking on the customer information.

  • The Sales Representative shows the representative assigned to the lead.

  • You can assign leads to the third party representative using the Assign to Third Party button.
