Billing and Usage Display Configuration

There are several options available to tailor your Customer 360 Billing & Usage data display via Master Configuration - Billing and Usage Display Configuration. The units of measure, the specific service quantities to display per rate, the default time period, as well as the summarization of the data within the bar chart can all be adjusted per your organization's needs.

Billing and Usage display settings are configured by adding or changing a Master Configuration. You can access the portal through Admin > General > Master Configuration.

From the Master Configuration list, add or edit the Billing and Usage Display Configuration record. Use the Add button to configure for the first time. If a record has already been added, click the Edit button instead. Use the embedded help to guide you through the options.
