建立 Oracle Utilities Billing Cloud Service 使用者

Oracle Utilities Billing Cloud Service 包含下列使用者群組：

• Billing Cloud Services：可讓您存取雲端服務中所含特定頁面、入口以及功能的使用者群組
• Billing Cloud Service 批次服務：可讓使用者執行雲端服務所用之批次處理的使用者群組

"Billing Cloud Services" 使用者群組應作為所有新 Oracle Utilities Billing Cloud Service 使用者的基礎。

負責執行批次處理的使用者應該歸屬於「Billing Cloud Service 批次服務」使用者群組。
