Maintaining Programs

The Program portal is used to display and maintain programs.

You can access the portal from Menu, select Digital Asset Management, then select Program. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific record. Once a program has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Program: This zone displays general information about the program, such as program type, status, and approval profile.

  • Specifications: This zone lists one or more specifications for devices eligible for the program.

  • Rates: This zone lists one or more rates used to determine eligibility for customers to enroll in the program (customer must be on one of the listed rates to join the program).

  • Rules: This zone lists program rules associated with the program.

  • Qualifications: This zone lists one or more qualification questions used to determine eligibility for customers to enroll in the program.

  • Informational: This zone lists one or more informational questions used to determine eligibility for customers to enroll in the program.

  • Events: This zone lists events associated with the program.

  • Event Settlement Calculation Groups: This zone lists effective-dated event settlement calculation groups associated with the program.

Approving Program Approval Requests

Programs with an Approval Profile must be approved before they are consider active and eligible for use. Users can use with the Approval Dashboard or the Approval Requests portal to view and approve program approval requests.
