Configuring Dynamic Aggregation Options
This section outlines the business objects and configuration data that should be used when configuring dynamic aggregation for use with M&V processing. Several dynamic aggregation configuration entities have specific options designed for the specific types of aggregations used with M&V processing.
Data Sources
Data sources for M&V aggregation should be created using the following business objects:
- Entity Group from Controllable Device (D1-DataSourceEntityGrpCtrlDvc): Used for Data Sources related to Device Population entity groups.
- Entity Group from MDM - Service Points (D1-DataSourceEntityGrpMDMSP): Used for Data Sources related to Control group entity groups.

The above Data Sources use the following values from the Data Source SQL (D1-DataSourceSQLLookup) extendable lookup:
- Measurements from Control Device Links Dim Scan (X1_MSRMT_FROM_CTRL_DVC_DIM_SCAN_SQL)
- Measurements from Control Device Links Find Constituent (X1_MSRMT_FROM_CTRL_DVC_FIND_CONST_SQL)
- Measurement from MDM SP Find Constituents (X1_MSRMT_FROM_US_SP_FIND_CONST_SQL)
Dynamic Aggregation Measuring Component Types
Dynamic Aggregation Measuring Component Types for M&V aggregation should be created using the following business objects:

Regression Aggregator Type for M&V (X1-RegressionAggregatorMVType)
Regression Aggregator Type for M&V measuring component types are defined by the following:
- Measuring Component Business Object: The business object used when creating measuring components of this type. This should be Regression Aggregator Type for M&V (X1-RegressionAggregatorMVType)

Measurement Business Object: The business object used to capture and store aggregated measurement data for measuring components of this type. This should be Aggregation Measurement (D1-AggregationMeasurement).

Data Source: The source of the data that will be aggregated and the specific type of data that should be aggregated. Note that the Service Type of the data source, as determined by its associated objects (e.g. Measuring Component Type, Device Type, Service Point Type), must match the Service Type for this measuring component type. This should be a Data Source based on the Entity Group from Controllable Device (D1-DataSourceEntityGrpCtrlDvc)

M&V Regression Parameters: Parameters used in regression calculations
for aggregator measuring components of this type, including:
- M&V Subscription Type: The M&V subscription type used when creating M&V transactions for aggregator measuring components of this type.
- Confidence level: a number (two decimal places) between 0 and 1 used as input to regression
- Pre-treatment period minutes: The number of minutes of the Pre-Treatment Period"
- Pre-event period minutes: The number of minutes of the "Pre-Event Period".
- Post-event period minutes: The number of minutes of the "Post-Event Period".
- Value Identifiers: The UOM, TOU, and SQI used to identify the values to be calculated, For each value identifier either the Value Calculation Method or Value Derivation Algorithm must be defined (not both). These define how values are calculated or derived during M&V processing. These values will be mapped to Regression Output Quantities.

Regression Output Quantities: Mappings between output quantities from the
regression analysis and value identifiers, used to capture service quantities on
M&V transactions. These mappings include:
