About M&V Subscriptions

M&V subscriptions represent the enrollment of a group of customers (defined by a "Device Population" entity group) in a program. The same group of customers can have separate subscriptions for different programs.

M&V subscriptions are created whenever a new Device Population group is created or changed. A M&V Subscription's Device Population group defines the group of customers whose data is aggregated and processed when Measurement and Verification Transactions are created.

M&V subscriptions are defined by the following:

• M&V Subscription Type: The M&V subscription type associated with the Device Population group and program. M& V subscription types define certain parameters and attributes of a class of M&V subscriptions.

• Division: The division in which the customers in the Device Population group reside.

• Start and End Date/Time: The date and time on which the subscription record started, and ended (if applicable).

• Entity Group: The Device Population group

• Program: The program in which the Device Population group customers are enrolled.

• Time Zone: The time zone associated with the subscription.
• M&V Calculation Groups: The calculation groups defined for the subscription and used when creating M&V transactions for the Device Population group, including:

  • M& V Calculation Group: The M&V Calculation Group

  • Effective Date/Time: The date and time at which the calculation group is in effect.

  • Expiration Date/Time: The date and time at which the calculation group expires.
