Contacts

Contacts are usually individuals or business entities who should be contacted in reference to a service point, work, or any other issues.

Contacts are referenced on locations to provide an associated person or business. The main attributes for contacts are managed in the Contact portal. For example, a person contact might be a customer calling about their asset or a business contact might be a foreman at a job site or supervisor of a storeroom. Once on the Contact portal, a user can click Create Service Call to report a service issue for the individual contact.
