Work Planning Dashboard

Work Planning is a portal for those employees responsible for planning work.

Refer to About Work Planning for more information.

You can access this portal from Menu, select Work Management, and then select Work Planning. You are brought to a Work Planning dashboard displaying summary graphs for managing the planning of work.

The following zones may appear as part of the portals Main tab page:

• Open Work Activity by Status: This zone displays a count of work activities by status for a particular planner.
• Open Work Activity by Phase: This zone displays a count of work activities by phase for a particular planner.
• Open Work Activity by Status: (Without Planner). This zone displays a count of work activities by status.
• Open Work Activity by Held for Parts: This zone displays a count of work activities that are Held for Parts and grouped by how many weeks they are from being overdue or if they are already overdue.
• Work Activity Search: This zone enables a search for activities using a variety of criteria, such as Planner, Crew, Craft, and so on.
