Understanding Service Classes
Service classes are used to categorize different types of work.
Service classes are defined by the following:
- Service Class Type : A broader category of the type of work, such as Maintenance, Renewal, Construction, and and so on.
- CWIP Cost Center: Not applicable for Digital Asset Management.
System Data
Service classes are based on the system data:
