Rebate Claim Status

Rebate claims are assigned a status to indicate the current state of the claim within the system. Valid statuses include:

• Pending indicates the claim is pending. This is the initial state of a rebate claim when first created.
• Issue Detected indicates that one or more issues have been detected with the claim. Issues can include those manually created as well as issues detected through the Verify action.
• Approval in Progress indicates the claim is awaiting approval.
• Receipt Verification indicates that receipts associated with the rebate claim's claim lines need verification.
• Complete indicates the claim was approved and is complete.
• Rejected indicates the claim was rejected.
• Canceled indicates the claim has been canceled.
