Customize Integration to Your Automated Dialer Software

In order to integrate with a different automated dialer software application, your implementers must create your own Automated Dialer BPA script, to call your specific dialer.

• Copy the C1-AutoDial BPA script and make the appropriate changes to integrate with your automated dialer (e.g. change the protocol from “tel:” to “callto:”.
• Plug in your custom Automated Dialer script on the CTI/IVR Integration master configuration.
