Service Credit Membership - Account
This page is used to maintain the accounts linked to a service credit membership. Open this page using and navigate to the Account page.
Description of Page
Indicate the Account ID for each account linked to this membership. Typically a membership will be linked to only one account. However, if a person has multiple accounts and the service credits should span the accounts, multiple accounts are linked to the same membership.
The Service Credit Membership zone on the Account Information portal contains information about memberships for the current customer. (When you find one of the customer's records on Control Central - Search, you are automatically transferred to the Account Information portal.)
Portal Preferences. The Service Credit Membership zone only appears if you have modified your preferences to display this zone.
