Maintaining Program Events

The Program Event portal is used to display and maintain program events.

You can access the portal from Menu, select Digital Asset Management, then select Program Event, or select Program Event from the Program context menu when viewing either a Program Subscription or Program. When using either approach users are brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific record. Once a program event has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Program Event: This zone displays general information about the program event, such as the program, status, program category, the start and end date/time of the event, and an external event identifier (if applicable).
