Understanding Service Codes
Service codes are used to define sets of questions used with service calls. Service codes are referenced on service task types, and used to display customer questions on service call process flows.

Service codes are defined by the following:
- Questions: The sequence of questions that comprise the service code.

Service classes are based on the system data:
