Understanding Permit Templates

Permit information is derived from a Permit Template. A Permit template includes the permit classification and safety details required for a job site and enables the template to be reused for multiple work order permits.

When a planner prepares for an activity, they decide what permits are needed for the job and then they create and add the permit to the activity.
