17.3 Notifications

This topic provides the systematic instructions to view notifications mailers sent by the bank administrator to the logged-in corporate administrator.

This section lists all the notifications received by the logged in user.

To view the alerts:

  1. Perform anyone of the following navigation to access the Mailbox screen.
    • From the Dashboard, click Toggle menu, click Menu, click Service & Support, and click Mailbox.

      Under Mailbox, click Notifications.

    • From the Dashboard, click Mails, then click Notifications, and then click View All.
    • Access through the kebab menu of any other screens available under Mailbox
    The Notifications screen appears.

    Note:

    The fields which are marked as Required are mandatory.

    For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

    Table 17-11 Notifications - Field Description

    Field Name Description
    Subject The subject of the notification.
    Received The date and time on which the notification was received.
  2. Click an individual notification to view the details of that notification.
    The screen on which the details of the notification are displayed appears.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Click the refresh icon to refresh the notifications.
    • To delete multiple notifications, select the check box (s) against the notification, and click the delete icon to delete the notification.

    Message The message body of the notification.
  4. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Click the delete icon to delete the notification.

      The delete warning message appears.

    • Click Back to navigate back to the previous screen.
