5.6.19 Using Real Time Screening Tab
About Real Time Screening Tab
This tab displays information pertaining to Real Time Customer Screening events. This tab is available only for the Customer Screening and Escalated Customer Screening cases. In the Case Summary page, when you select a CS or CS Escalated case type, an additional search section related to CS, Optional Case Attributes is displayed.
- Alert Summary: details the alerts associated with the selected escalated customer screening case from the L1 Customer Screening system.
- Event List: details the list of Real Time Customer Screening Events associated with the selected case.
- Watchlist and Candidate Details: provides complete information about watchlists and candidates associated with the selected Real Time Customer Screening event.
- View and analyze the list of Real Time Customer Screening event details associated with the case.
- View and analyze the individual Real Time Customer Screening events details such as matches list, customer and watchlist details.
- Determine whether the selected Real Time Customer Screening event is true or false.
Note:
If Oracle's Customer Screening application is implemented in your instance, any action taken on an escalated case is sent to the Customer Screening application as feedback.Managing Real Time Screening Event List
- View the list of events and navigate to Event Details to perform further analysis.
- Based on the analysis, you can determine whether the event is true or false.
Deciding Event as True or False
- Navigate to the Real Time Screening tab.
- Select the required Event ID. Perform the complete analysis of the selected Event. For more information, see Managing Real Time Screening Event Details.
- Select the whether the event is True positive or True positive from the drop-down list. A confirmation message is displayed.
Managing Real Time Screening Event Details
This section allows you to view and analyze the complete details of the selected Event.
Viewing Matches List
This section displays the list of watchlist matches associated with the selected event. This provides full details of the Candidate and Watchlists such as, Watchlist ID, Watchlist Primary Name, Match score, and Match Description.
Note:
The Matches List section is not displayed for Escalated Customer Screening case types.Viewing Alert Summary
This section displays the details of the escalated alerts from the L1 Customer Screening system. This provides details of the Alert ID, Alert Type, Screening Type, Primary Name, Jurisdiction, Business Domain, Due Date, Assignee, Match score, Risk Score, and so on.
Note:
The Alert Summary section is only displayed for Escalated Customer Screening case types.Viewing Watchlist and Candidate Details
- Watchlist Details: displays the complete details of the Watchlist details pertaining to the selected event.
- Candidate Details: displays the complete details of the candidate pertaining to the selected event.
