Inactive Customer Details
The Inactive Customer Details zone list the inactive customers listed in the descending order of period of inactivity. It contains the following columns:
Column Name | Column Description |

Customer Information | Displays the information about the inactive customer. In
addition, a context menu appears corresponding to this field which
helps in navigating to other screens in the application. Note: It has
a link. On clicking the link, the Customer 360° Information screen appears where you can view the details of the customer.

Name | Displays the name of the customer. |
Division | Displays the division to which the customer belongs. |
City | Displays the city of the customer. |
Country | Displays the country of the customer in the system. |
Hold | Displays the information about hold situation for the customer. |
Collection | Displays the information about the collection process for the customer. |
Customer Segment | Displays the segment to which customer belongs. |
Inactive Since | Indicate the date from which the customer is inactive. |
On clicking the Broadcast () icon corresponding to an inactive customer, the Inactive Customers Account's Details zone appears with the details of the respective customer.
Note:
Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Inactive Customer Details zone. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous andNext to navigate between pages.
You can filter the information using various criteria (such as, Period From, Period To, Division, Customer Tier, and Customer Segment) available in the Deal Metrics zone.
