Inactive Customers Account's Details
The Inactive Customers Account's Details zone lists the information about the accounts of the inactive customer. It contains the following columns:
Column Name | Column Description |
---|---|
Account Information | Displays the information of the account. In addition, a context
menu appears corresponding to this field which helps in navigating
to other screens in the application. Note: It has a link. On clicking
the link, the Customer 360° Information screen
appears where you can view the details of the account.

Division | Displays the division to which the account belongs. |
Deliquent | Displays the information about deliquent situation for the account. |
Last TXN Date | Indicate the date of last transaction from account. |
Note: By default, the above information is shown for the period
which is specified in the RM Workbench zone.
You can change the period if required.
You can filter the information using various criteria (such as, Period From, Period To, Division, Customer Tier, and Customer Segment) available in the Deal Metrics zone.
