Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions zone displays the details of the terms and conditions. It contains the following sections:

• Main - Displays the basic information about the terms and conditions. It contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description
  Terms and Conditions	Displays the terms and conditions
  Terms and Conditions Usage	Indicates the reason for which the terms and conditions are added in the system. The valid values are: Invoice Invoice and Deal Deal
  Terms and Conditions Applicability	Indicates the entity for which the terms and conditions are applicable. The valid values are: Deal Non-Root Level Hierarchy Entity Price Item Root Level Hierarchy Entity
  Attached File Name	Indicates the file that is attached for the terms and conditions.
  Status	Indicates the status of the terms and conditions. The valid values are: Active Inactive
  Description	Displays the description of the terms and conditions.
  Terms and Conditions Text	Displays additional information about the Terms and conditions.

• Record Actions - The Record Actions section contains the following buttons:

  Button Name	Button Description
  Edit	Used to edit the details of the terms and conditions.
  View Document	Used to view the terms and conditions file. Note: On clicking the View Document button, the terms and conditions file is downloaded in the local drive of your machine. The View Document button appears when there is a file attached to the terms and conditions.

• Record Information - The Record Information section contains the following field:

  Field Name	Field Description
  Business Object	Indicates the business object using which the terms and conditions are added in the system. In addition, a context menu appears corresponding to this field which helps in navigating to other screens in the application. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Business Object screen appears where you can view the details of the respective business object.

By default, the Terms and Conditions zone does not appear in the Terms and Conditions screen. It appears when you click the Broadcast () icon corresponding to the terms and conditions in the Terms and Conditions List zone.
