Deleting a Payment Event

Procedure

To delete a payment event:

  1. Search for the payment event in the Payment Event Summary screen.
  2. In the Search Results section, click the Delete button in the Delete column corresponding to the payment event that you want to delete.
    A message appears confirming whether you want to delete the payment event.
    Note: The Delete button appears when the respective payments of the payment event are in Freezable, Error, or Incomplete status.
  3. Click OK.
    The payment event is deleted.
    Note: You can delete a payment event when the payment(s) of the payment event are in Freezable, Error, or Incomplete status. On deleting a payment event, the respective payments, payment segments, and payment tender are also deleted.
