Approval Level Criteria

The Approval Level Criteria zone lists multiple criteria with unique sequence numbers defined for approving a deal at a particular approval level. It contains the following columns:

Column Name Column Description
Criteria Sequence Indicates the sequence of the criteria defined for the approval level in the approval hierarchy.
Profitability Type Indicates the type of value that is used to set the minimum and maximum profitability limit for the approver level. The valid values are:

  • Flat

  • Percentage
Minimum Profitability Displays the minimum deal profitability limit set for the approver/user at the specified hierarchy level for approving the deal.
Maximum Profitability Displays the maximum deal profitability limit set for the approver/user at the specified hierarchy level for approving the deal.
Profit Variation Type Indicates the type of value that is used to set the minimum and maximum profit variation limit for the approver level. The valid values are:

  • Flat

  • Percentage
Minimum Profit Variation Displays the minimum deal profit variation limit set for the approver/user at the specified hierarchy level for approving the deal.
Maximum Profit Variation Displays the maximum deal profit variation limit set for the approver/user at the specified hierarchy level for approving the deal.
Minimum Revenue Displays the minimum deal revenue limit set for the approver/user at the specified hierarchy level for approving the deal.
Maximum Revenue Displays the maximum deal revenue limit set for the approver/user at the specified hierarchy level for approving the deal.
Conditional Operator Indicates the conditional operator for validating the criteria set at the specified hierarchy level for assigning the deal to the next level in the approval hierarchy. The valid values are:

  • And

  • Or

By default, the Approval Level Criteria zone does not appear in the Deal Approval Profile screen. It appears when you click the Broadcast (The Broadcast Icon) icon corresponding to an approval hierarchy in the Approval Hierarchy zone.
