Setting the File Management System Configuration
The File Management System master configuration enables you to set certain options which are used while uploading or downloading files from the SFTP server.
Procedure
To set the File Management System master configuration:

Click the Admin link in the Application toolbar.
A list appears.

From the Admin menu, select M and then click Master Configuration.
The Master Configuration Query screen appears.

In the Master Configuration Search zone, click the File Management System Configuration link in the Master Configuration column.
The Master Configuration screen appears.

Click the Edit button in the Master Configuration zone.
The Master Configuration screen appears. It contains the following section:

Main - Used to specify the basic details for the file management system master configuration. It contains the following fields:
Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No) Upload File Directory Used to specify the directory path of the SFTP server. The system will then accordingly lists the files and subdirectories from the specified directory in the Search File or Directory zone when the file path criteria is not specified. Note:By default, the value is set to @SHARED_DIR. You can change the value, if required. However, the directory should exists inside @SHARED_DIR. For example, @SHARED_DIR/autopay.
@INSTALL_DIR is deprecated and no longer supported.
Yes Upload Maximum File Size (MB) Displays the maximum file size that you can upload. Note: By default, the maximum file size is set to 10 MB.Not applicable Upload Maximum File Name Length Displays the maximum length of a filename that is supported while uploading the file. Note: By default, the maximum file name length is set to 60 characters.Not applicable -
- Modify the required details in the Main section.

Click Save.
The changes made to the master configuration are saved.
