Sales Analysis (Inclusive Tax)

Menu item sales and performance report that shows sales data.

Description

The Sales Analysis report is a menu item sales and performance report that consists of a table that shows sales data. This report compares sales performance with the option to select the variables compared. For example, you can compare sales of menu items across all locations or compare revenue center sales by business date. This report is for restaurants with inclusive taxes.

Permission: Sales and Operations.

Specialized parameters:

• Specialized parameter: Click Edit Parameters and then use the Advanced option for Other. You can use the Group by field to change how the report groups data on the page. You can group data by:

  • Location

  • Revenue Center

  • Revenue Center Type

  • Business Date

  • Major Group

  • Family Group

  • Menu Item

  • Price Level

  • Menu Level

  • Order Type

  • Comp Store Status

  You can use the Itemize By field to change what is nested within the group by selection when you run the report. You can itemize data by:

  • Revenue Center

  • Location

  • Revenue Center Type

  • Business Date

  • Major Group

  • Family Group

  • Menu Item

  • Price Level

  • Menu Level

  • Order Type

  • Comp Store Status

• Click Edit Parameters and then use the Menu Items parameter to select menu items to be included in the report.
