Time Card Detail (Add-On Tax)

Description

The Time Card Detail report is a labor report that consists of KPI tiles and a table that show employee clock in and out times, hours, and pay details. This report is for restaurants with add-on taxes.

Permissions: Labor, Employee Time Card Details, and Sales and Operations.

If you are using a Simphony point of sale (POS), you must enable Employee Shift Tracking using the increment shift on clock in option to see Gross Sales and Tips in this report component. See Visibility of Gross Sales and Tips for instructions.

Total Row	Variable	The top row of the table shows totals for each metric.
Name	String	Name of employee or job code.
Payroll ID	String	Employee’s payroll ID.
Clock In Date and Time	Date and time	Clock in date and time.
Clock Out Date and Time	Date and time	Clock out date and time.
Clock Out Status	String	65. Early from break. 66. On break. 67. Late from break. 68. Schedule disabled. 69. Early. 76. Late. 77. Manager clock out. 78. Not scheduled 80. On paid break. 82. Revenue center change. 84. On time. 85. Auto clock out.
Adjustment Count	Integer	Number of adjustments made to time card. Drills down to Time Card Adjustments for an Employee.
Regular Hours	Time	Regular hours.
Regular Pay	Currency	Regular pay.
Overtime Hours	Time	Overtime hours.
