8 Credit Card Authorization and Pay for Negative Balance

Use the CC Auth & Pay function to refund a transaction with a negative balance. The authorized amount is returned to the cardholder’s account.

• Void
  Refund items by using void transaction, refund to a card, and then attempt to overtender the refund amount.
• Void Multiple Cards
  Refund items by using void transaction and then refund multiple cards.
• Void Card Partial Refund
  Refund items by using void transaction and then partially refund a card.
• Void Card Partial Cash Refund
  Refund items by using void transaction, partially refund a card, and then refund cash.
• Adjust Closed Check
  Adjust a closed check to refund a previously paid refund using a different card.
• Reopen Closed Check
  Remove items from a previously paid refund transaction and refund a different card.
