View Delivery Connector Status

If your enterprise has existing Delivery Connector integrations, you can see an overview of the locations, the delivery service provider for each location, and the status. To sort the list, select one of the following in the Group By drop-down menu:
  • Location

  • Delivery Service

  • Status

This figure shows the Delivery Connectors list of locations and the status or the delivery service provider for each location.

The following table lists the integration statuses.

Table 14-7 Delivery Connector Integration Status

Status Description

Active

Indicates that integration configuration has been completed and the delivery platform is successfully connected to Simphony.

Inactive

Indicates that the integration configuration has been completed but is not yet connected to Simphony, or has been deactivated.

In Progress

Indicates the configuration is in progress but has been suspended via Save and Exit.

Error

Indicates integration failure. If this is an unexpected status, contact Support to start a case to analyze the cause of the issue.
