Configuring Workflow

When a case is received by the company and initial details have been entered and saved into Oracle Argus Safety, its status in the system becomes 'New' or 'Data Entry'. Various actions may be required before a case makes the transition from one workflow state to another.

For the example:

The case may require review, letters may need to be issued, the case may need to be reported elsewhere in the company, or regulatory reports need to be submitted to regulatory authorities. The case can be closed after all outstanding actions have been carried out and it flows through its life cycle.

For each stage in case processing, Oracle Argus Safety enables responsibility for cases to be assigned to specific user or group of users. Click the following link for information about how worklist permissions have changed.
