Queries and the Resolve module
Although you use the InForm software, and not the Resolve module, to resolve queries generated on EDC data by Clintrial rules, the following must be true for the CIS software to synchronize queries back to the InForm software:
- The Resolve module must be installed as part of your Clintrial installation.
- The Clintrial protocol to which the InForm study synchronizes must be set up to use Resolve. For more information, see Setting up Resolve to return EDC queries.
