Add different types of appointments at locations
When your Oracle Customer Success manager creates one or more locations for your organization, that person also adds the details on the type of appointments done at your locations. For example, a location may include appointments for monoclonal antibody infusions, monoclonal infusion monitoring, follow up appointments, or COVID-19 tests.
If you select a location with only one type of appointment available, you cannot add
another one. Your Customer Success manager must create the types of appointments
available before you assign one or more of them to a location.
