Change the entity of a participant

You can change entity of a participant at any time. However, you must contact your Oracle Customer Success manager to change the organization of a participant.

If you need to update the entity for many participants, contact your Oracle Customer Success manager.
To change the entity of a participant:
  1. Along the top, select the Participants tab.
  2. In the list of participants, locate the participant with the entity you need to change.

    Tip:

    You can find the participant by typing their name, external identifier, or email address in the filter above the list of participants.
  3. Select the participant's name.
  4. Below the participant's name, in the row of buttons, select Transfer Entity.
  5. In the Assign Participant to Entity dialog box, select the participant's new entity from the New Entity drop-down menu and select Assign Entity.
