Process an appointment
To process an appointment for a participant, a location user checks in the participant and calls the participant from the queue. Then a healthcare worker can perform the medical procedure. If your location uses in-office surveys, the healthcare worker may also need to answer some medical questions about the appointment.
For example, a healthcare worker may enter specific medical details
into a separate system used during the appointment. But, that person may also need to
answer questions in Oracle COVID-19 Patient Monitoring
System if your location uses in-office surveys. The survey questions may prompt you for
details on the infusion (if done), product used (if any), confirmation of any COVID-19
symptoms, and details on any medical conditions.
