Remove a caregiver

When you remove a participant's caregiver, the participant starts receiving all messages and is responsible for providing the daily update.

If a participant is under 18, do not remove the caregiver even if the participant completes the daily update.

To remove the caregiver of a participant:

1. Along the top, select the Participants tab.
2. In the list of participants, locate the participant who no longer requires a caregiver.

   Tip:

   You can find the participant by typing their name, external identifier, or email address in the filter above the list of participants.
3. Select the participant's name.
4. Below the participant's name, in the row of buttons, select Remove Caregiver.
5. Review the fields and confirm that you selected the correct the caregiver of the correct participant.
6. Select Remove Caregiver.

The system now sends all messages to the participant.
