Resend a welcome message
If a new user cannot locate the welcome message or the link in the message expired, you can send the message again. The steps you follow to resend the message varies depending on where the user works: for the organization or for an entity within the organization.

If a new organization user cannot locate the welcome email message or the user waited more than 36 hours to set a password and the link in the message expired, you must resend the message. If a new entity user cannot locate the welcome email message or the user waited more than 36 hours to set a password and now has an expired link, you must resend the message.
